I wanted to let you know what a pleasure it was to have my appointment with Mark today. He certainly knows a lot about the machine and was so very helpful and patient in explaining all the questions I had. He is so experienced in the many problems that people suffer from. He spent a lot of time working up a protocol designed for the problems I had shared with him. It’s so very nice to have someone with his expertise to work with. I’m getting more and more familiar with the machine and look forward to working with him at a later date for more information. So glad I purchased such a quality machine. Thanks!
