We had our first session with Jim yesterday (3/25) and were very impressed with his knowledge, manner, and the amount of help we received. We will be scheduling additional sessions with Jim as needed. Jim was very accommodating with our schedule, which did provide some challenges as events in our household seemed determined to make things difficult.
We had seen some success from using the machine already, in spite of guessing at the needed targets. Jim is removing the guesswork and setting a real direction.
For treatment direction we will continue with Jim, but should we have questions about the machine or usage in general, or about the documentation provided, should we contact you with them?
